I wonder what is new
The sun still shines with all its hue
And so the moon has been too
And the tints of blue
The air has the aroma
And the redolent memories too
Still melodious are voices of waves
And the canary's coo
The buzz of the bees
And the flowing drapes too
I smile the same
But the feelings are new
My heart keeps singing
But it needs not a cue
I know something has changed
But I do not have a clue
Oh, how I wish... if only I knew!
